Best hotel stay!!

This was our first stay at an Embassy Suites Hotel and it was by far the best experience we have had. The service was amazing and the complimentary drinks and breakfast surpassed our expectations. 10/10 would recommend! We will definitely be staying at Embassy Suites whenever possible!

A little uncomfortable

Overall the stay was pretty good. However, I had a really concerning experience where on my first night, I had just returned from a business outing and came back to my hotel room to find the toilet seat up (I am female and do not have the seat up), towels removed and a few things moved around. However, it was not housekeeping because my bed was not made and nothing was replaced. I was really, really spooked for the remainder of my stay, as I felt unsafe in my own space. I let the front desk know and they said “huh could have been maintenance”, but no apology and no correction. I then asked for housekeeping to come up and make the bed and replace the missing towels, but nobody ever came. It was a strange experience.
