Gorgeous Mountain Cabin on 35 acres! Hot-tub & Spectacular views of Pikes Peak!

Custom home built in 2009 on 35 fenced and gated acres. Amazing views of the mountains with one of the best Pike's Peak views around.

Total seclusion yet only 1.5 miles to US Hwy 24 on a well maintained County Road. 6.5 miles from Woodland Park, a town of 10,000 which provides several grocery stores and numerous restaurants and services. 30 minutes from Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs with many tourist oriented activities and shopping. Hike the property and additional 25 acres across the road or lounge on one of 2 decks and enjoy the solitude with plenty of visiting wildlife, including the large Elk herd on the adjacent 1200 acre ranch.

Bag a “14 er” and climb Pikes Peak, or hike many of the different trails nearby. Close by there is world class fly fishing, mountain biking, unsurpassed Colorado snow skiing and white water rafting. You can also try your luck gambling at the historic Cripple Creek Mining District, a beautiful 20 mile drive.

This home has many upgrades including hickory cabinets with granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths, stainless steel appliances, tile and wood floors in living room and kitchen, bedrooms with carpeting, in floor heat, 46” plasma flat screen TV with surround sound (including the deck), Wi-Fi, 2 decks, one covered, and much more.

You're certain to have a wonderful and unforgettable Colorado vacation for just the two of you or for the entire family. This property is shared with another vacation rental they reside 750 yards apart and cannot be seen from each other. You can reserve both homes on the property for a larger group.

We do keep the driveway well plowed of snow in the winter, however the driveway does have a few ups and downs, so we do recommend 4 wheel drive in the winter and spring months.

The house was PERFECT! The views were amazing. The house is secluded in the woods for peace and quiet but still close enough to town and local attractions. The owner was amazing from the day we booked through the entire process. We will book this house again for our next CO stay.

Spectacular house and views. Everything you could need is provided. Close to so many attractions. Isolated yet Woodland Park is only 10 minutes away and Colorado Springs is less than an hour. Quiet and very well maintained. Will definitely rent this home again when we return to Colorado. Thank you for a great 12 night stay!

Anniversary Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! I am very picky about the cleanliness of places we stay and this cabin was spotless! Every linen, towel, blanket (even the extras in the closet) were freshly laundered and kitchen and bathrooms were spotless. We had so much fun playing the dollar bill game! Would 100% recommend!

USAFA Parents Weekend Getaway

We stayed here Aug 30-Sept 2 amd absolutely loved the place. It was about an hour from Colorado Springs...which was good and bad for us some days due to USAFA events... but overall not an issue for us. My teen&cadet loved the property and of course the relaxing hottub. Everyone seemes to wnjoy the dollars left around. It was a fun gesture. The host had all you could nees there, wash/dryer, tourist info, privacy, magnificant views and more. We took some time at the Cripple Creek Gold Mine which was close and fun. Woodland Park CO is also not too far if you need a quick teip for a restaurant or essentials. We found a lovely Italian food spot for a dinner with friends that we would live to go back to.... Mountainara Cucina Italiana. Overall great trip and thank you for having us. timw in the hottub.

Beautiful home and location!

Enjoyed this home so much! Amazing views, hot tub, fireplace, comfortable beds! Plenty of space and everything you need! Close to stores and restaurants! This is just personal preference but would be nice to have TVs in bedrooms and full length mirrors. We would stay here again!

Mountain Sun fun

The cabin was so nice and cozy and the views were awesome!! Everything we could possibly need was provided and Kyle was a great host! Very easy to communicate with. We took advantage of hiking the property and using the hot tub😊 One thing I would make sure of is that you have a vehicle that does well on steep hills and gravel because the driveway was steep. This wasn’t an issue for us but something worth knowing ahead of time😊

As always a fantastic place to stay! We always enjoy the view. However concerned that the driveway is a bit rough and a smaller vehicle would have trouble managing. Also the grill could use an update.

Anniversary getaway

Our stay was truly wonderful. The house is beautiful with the most amazing views. Kyle was very helpful from booking through our stay (even plowing the driveway so we could leave!) The house is a nice proximity to CO Springs, Manitou Springs, Cripple Creek and Woodland Park giving you plenty to stay active if that’s how you choose to spend your vacation! The hot tub is the best way to relax at home, and those views-can’t be beat. If you are planning on stopping for groceries on your way to the house, there are options in Woodland Park!
