Lakefront property. You will enjoy a full bathroom with a very large shower, pantry, laundry room, and beautiful views of Burgess Lake Reservoir. Our favorite area is the large patio with a double swing in which we relax and take in all of the views of the mountain. Walkout lower level 2 bedroom with queen size hide-a-bed in the main living area. Sleeps 6. No pets allowed.
The HOA has restricted water activities and fishing to residents only. There are several reservoirs within a few miles that allow these activities. 3 day minimum stay.

The cabin was exactly what we expected and the view was amazing. The only draw backs were there was no television and the inability to control our own temperature in the cabin. Otherwise the owners living on the property was not a problem at all. Had an amazing time, the price of the cabin was very reasonable and we will be using this property again for sure.

It was a great location and the property was attractive, affordable and well maintained. We came in after dark and there was a lighted ceramic Christmas tree in the counter. Also there was a basket of goodies, including homemade chocolate chip cookies with a note.

The view was beautiful, the home is nicely furnished. It was quiet and peaceful.A few things about this listing were misleading. The lakefront property was one of the reasons we chose this place; however, upon arriving, discovered we could not use the lake. The lake is for residents only. This is listed as a duplex but it is actually a basement apartment. The owners live upstairs. There are no televisions, no stove, no oven...all items I would assume are standard but not so. The roads to get to the house are unpaved and a little rough.

A Peaceful and Cozy Retreat

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect- in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. We loved watching deer stroll by in the mornings and evenings, and the backyard was a nice spot to relax and unwind. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of blankets to keep us warm. We’d definitely love to come back again!

Amazing is an Understatement

Would give it 10 stars if I could! Our stay was amazing. The property is amazing. The owners were amazing. The view from the property and all the surrounding areas was amazing. Location to nearby shops, restaurants and attractions was amazing. The house had everything we needed and then some. We have already started planning our next trip back! If you're thinking about staying here, do not hesitate! You won't regret it!

Spring break with the kids

We came to Colorado to visit the mountains for the kids spring break. The accommodations were amazing and the views from the cabin were breathtaking. The hosts were amazing. Great communication and the suggestions of things to do in the area were spot on.

Christmas vacation

It was very nice and what was even better was there was snow i will say that there was no tv and our phones worked outside and the owners were above us another thing was there was no stove or oven but we were provided with a hot plate and a double burner it was a new experience for me to cook on that stuff but we managed and it really was not a big deal to me once I figured it out but I am an easy going person also when it says no smoking I totally get smoking in the house is a no go but what about the porch or outside area I drove down to the road it was not a big deal for me over all it was a great time spent with my family and the owners were there if we needed anything it was very peaceful

Amazing

There are so many great things I can say about this property. The property was super clean and decorated so cute. It didn't have a stove or oven, but that didn't stop us from making thanksgiving dinner. They had everything else you needed to pull it off. The owners live upstairs are were just the nicest. They left us some homemade cookies upon check in that were amazing. The view was beautiful, snow everywhere. You really felt like you were transported to somewhere else. We are looking forward to coming back in the summer.

It’s no wonder why this stay is exceptional! The view alone was breathtaking. The home is nicely decorated and our host left delicious cookies for us. My family felt right at home. We were fortunate enough to have a family of deer come up to the porch. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience!

Amazing mountain dream at the lake

We had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay... Great location at the lake in Divide, Co. Quiet, beautiful surroundings, lots of wildlife great for hiking and much more. Many thanks to our fantastic hosts! Only about 20 min drive to Charis.

Very clean, owners very nice, close to everything. Wildlife and views are amazing. Disappointed we couldnt use lake because of HOA rules. Smoker was great add!
