Veteran owned and operated. Newly renovated home in the heart of Colorado Springs. This home is close to Old Colorado City, Downtown Colorado Springs, Colorado College, UCCS, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, 20 minutes from United States Air Force Academy, and other great attractions. There is shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trails to enjoy on your stay. Heat/Central AC/Dishwasher/Washer/Dryer/Wi-Fi

The Space:
This home has just been renovated with new kitchen and bathroom with trending features and decoration. Guest will have full access to the house and back yard. 2 Bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattresses, 1 Bedroom with a twin day bed (additional twin can be pulled out). Newly renovated bathroom. The kitchen is renovated with beautiful new appliances and counter tops. The kitchen is supplied with cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes, and more. Washer and dryer for your convivence. Living room has a TV and Wi-Fi is available for your stay.
The back yard has a covered patio with hammock, chairs, and grill for the long summer nights. Keep your car parked in the driveway with additional driveway and street access.
Non-smoking and no pets.
We are both Colorado natives. We love this town and would love to help you make your stay enjoyable.

What a great little house for a Colorado Springs vacation. The location is off the beaten path, quiet neighborhood, clean, and very comfortable. The hostess is amazing, quick with communication and very friendly. The house made our trip more enjoyable for the comfort it provided. We’ll definitely be booking here again.

GemĂŒtlich, komfortabel und in super Lage!

Unser Aufenthalt war fantastisch! Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem in toller Lage zu Manitou Springs, Cog Railway und vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist sehr gemĂŒtlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Außerdem ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht: genĂŒgend HandtĂŒcher, Decken, Fön etc. Auch die KĂŒche ist bestens ausgestattet und es waren reichlich Kaffeekapseln fĂŒr uns zum Verbrauch vorhanden. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und problemlos. Wir können das Haus ohne EinschrĂ€nkung weiterempfehlen!

I had some friends in town and we were looking for a place that was close to the action and was bigger than my current house. Christine’s place ended us fitting us perfectly. The location was great and check in and check out couldn’t have gone much smoother. The place was really clean and Christine was really responsive. Would stay here again for sure!

Awesome Little Home

This was a great little property! It was the perfect size and in a fantastic location! Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Pikes peak, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds just minutes away! Grocery stores and parks just blocks away! Mountain Views from the front window! Quiet, cute neighborhood!The owner was easy to communicate with and she even let us extend our check out time last minute when my little guy was sick! There wasn't too much to entertain the kids at the house, some games and tv, but we were really just looking for a place to kick back at the end of our days and this was perfect! I would definitely recommend this property!

Excellent place to stay. It's a small house, probably around 900 square feet but it feels much bigger. Three bedrooms. Only one bath but it was never an issue for my wife and I and our two granddaughters. Very comfortable. Beds were excellent and the living room was furnished nicely. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. Central heat and air was a much welcomed added bonus. Front door did stick a couple times and my wife had trouble opening it but all in all this is a very, very minor concern. We didn't explore in the immediate area but there was plenty of places to eat and things to do within 10-15 minutes of the house.
