Located in our 2-story home. Owners live upper level and VRBO is on the lower level. Locked door separates the spaces for privacy.
This converted basement area has a private entrance via our garage on the first floor, full access to the Jacuzzi, Deck, and laundry room.

A Queen bed comfortably fits 2 adults.
1 large dresser, huge closet, 2 side tables with charging capabilities, fan & light, 1 Googl-Nest for music and videos.
1 private full bathroom in the bedroom.
1 Private Living Room with wood-burning fireplace & Kitchenette; air fryer, stovetop burners (2), pots/pans, etc.
1 futon couch, sleeps 1-2 kids/teens
Jacuzzi is in the backyard
Freezer for extra food space in the garage
