This hotel is a great place to stay. We have stayed there many times and it is our hotel of choice in Colorado Springs. Rooms are good, service is great and breakfast is wonderful.

I absolutely love our stay here. We enjoyed the breakfast and having dinner at their restaurant. Rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I have absolutely no complaints.

Overall the stay was ok. On the plus side, a great breakfast, Esther was queen of the omlete station. The negative sides; horrible water pressure in the bathroom, the slope of the bathtub ensured that a lot of water left the tub and c was on the floor. Didn't seem to matter how we tried to keep that from happening. Construction or maintenance going on in the room next to ours starting at 8am, two mornings in a row? Called the front desk and the noise stopped almost immediately. If construction needed to happen a heads up or moving our assigned room would have been great.

Beautiful property…. What was unique about the property was that it felt as if out in nature while indoors dining. The swimming pool was an ideal comfortable temperature. The fitness room was well kept.

Oh how the mighty have fallen.

Elevator is down til Probably December, the buffet is luke warm and not worth $10, much less the $20 they value it at. The TV is limited at best unless if course you want to watch shopping channels and they are not smart TVs so you do not even have the option to stream. I have stayed here before a few years ago and it has had definitely gone down hill since then. I was disappointed and honestly embarassed that I reccommended it to family.

The hotel could use a few updates, it was quiet clean and customer service was amazing. They need to fix the potholes in the parking lot and the bath tub has a towel rack in it which causes towels to get wet. Minor issues that were overshadowed by the breakfast and the courteous staff.

The location was nice, and the gentleman who checked me in when I arrived was super friendly and helpful. He said he was new and tbh he was the nicest employee I ran into there. However. The room was not the cleanest. I had a pet friendly room and you could plainly see the room was not swept, there was dirt and dog hair all over. The bathroom was a bit out dated and again, not the cleanest. There was hair and dirt on the floor in there as well. The desk chair had nasty looking stains on it and hair embedded on the seat. But I was tired after driving 13 hrs and just wanted to sleep. The nice man who checked me in had said to check with the front desk in the morning because an early checkout could get me a discount. Which some hotels offer. When I checked out at 5:35 am and mentioned this to the morning clerk he told me he had never heard of such a thing. He said he would ask his manager and get back to me. No one ever called me and he didn’t even include a note for it at least that he followed up on my invoice that I requested an email of.

Breakfast is fantastic, tons of options for adults and kids. To-go coffee cups even for when you’re done! The air conditioner made a loud sound every night when it kicked in, so while it did cool the room well, it woke me up multiple times a night. Also, the video games were something we were looking forward to doing with our kids in the lobby, but we couldn’t figure out how to make the switch work and none of the employees knew either. I never saw one person using it while we were there and I assume it’s because no one could figure it out. There’s no sound either (no speaker) so when we got the one game to work (Just Dance) it was not usable because there was no music. The staff is super friendly, and had great suggestions for places to visit. The walls are thin and we were woken up by neighbors a few times.

Pros: breakfast was great (hot buffet w/custom omelettes!), rooms were clean, beds were decent, area had a lot of shopping and dining options within walking distance, heated pool was nice, atmosphere of the lobby/pool was relaxing. Cons: shower temperature was luke-warm on the highest heat, indoor pool was WAY too dark at night (one tiny pool light and no deck lighting, couldn’t see under the water at all, not good for kid’s pool safety), elevator was not working so concrete staircase was the only way up/down.
