The room was dirty. I tried to complain at the front desk and got the run around of I need to call customer care. I called customer care and was told I booked online and they can’t help me. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

The lock on the door wouldn’t work, there was beard hair in the sink, and black mold all over the bathroom ceiling. And built up mildew in the bathtub. We seriously checked in went to the room without our stuff and checked out. It was that bad on top of all the people outside the motel that was setting on top of their cars and looking in the window.

It was run down and smelled horrible. Thank goodness we only had to stay a few hours . Would not recommend!! Staff looked stetchy as well . Came out a car was parked so close couldn’t get in my side to drive . Asked staff to try and locate owner . Just crawled through the door across seat in order to leave . Wish I could get refund !!!!! Never believe pictures and ratings online 😳

Clean, comfortable, reasonable rates, great staff

Have stayed here several times. They have the best rates in town. Super friendly staff. The beds and pillows are comfortable and rooms are always clean. They've done a lot of renovation over the last few years. The pool is great in the summer and well maintained. Breakfast is usually scrambled eggs, sausage patties, muffins, yogurt, pancakes, juice and coffee. There is some road noise, because it's right off the parkway.
