We had the pleasure of staying at this quaint home in downtown Columbia. The location was super convenient for us as we were attending a graduation at the Army base. There was plenty of restaurants and grocery options in close proximity. Modern amenities in an old house was nice and the rooms were comfortable, especially the beds. We only had 2 complaints during our stay related to a lack or thoroughness with the owners cleaning team. We communicated these things to Brad and he was responsive and sympathetic. Even with those small issues, we would choose to stay again. Great value for the ease of access to everything local.

Great Getaway

My family and I were in town for my brother's graduation from USC this past weekend and had a great stay at the Graymont Getaway. The house was perfectly located within great proximity to the university and stadium, stores, downtown, and other restaurants. The house was immaculate and provided a very comfortable and relaxing stay for all of us. There is parking for about 3 cars and there is a huge backyard with a deck. The weather was not great, so unfortunately did not get to take advantage of the deck, but would be great on a nice day.We will definitely stay here again if visiting Columbia. Brad was an excellent host and was easily available for any questions, and was very accomodating to any requests as well.
