I did not meet one nice lady at the front desk. Was there for hockey tournament. We couldn’t do anything. Got yelled at for kids playing hallway hockey, parents for drinking. It felt like we were in jail the entire weekend. Not one single person was nice about anything. The lady at the front desk said “I didn’t ask for your attitude ma’am”. Well unfortunately when I’m handed an attitude it’s gonna come right back at ya! Horrible stay, do not recommend staying here for any type of sporting tournaments. Breakfast also wasn’t all that, honestly disgusting. Would rather pay for breakfast somewhere else. The kids agreed then place sucks.

Convenient free parking, welcoming feel, very comfortable bed, clean hotel and breakfast was very good! Omelettes with veggies inside, bacon, potatoes O'Brien, 2 flavors of Belgian waffles, bagels, scones, plus the usual cereals and juices. Great customer service; I left a bracelet in my room and within an hour, they called me and they are sending it to me via FedEx.
