The continental breakfast was a bit limited and remained the same all three mornings but other than that it was ok.my only concern was when we asked for our shampoo, conditioner, soaps and stuff to be refilled i was shocked that housekeeping removed all the bottles and just threw them away rather than refill them. I was under the impression that they now use refillable supplies rather than the little bottles people take to be more earth friendly. This realization waas a bit disappointing.

We stayed at this property...booked months in advance as my son was graduating boot camp. Hotel was clean and conveniently located a short distance from base. However, I had booked a king bed room months in advance. Once we arrived, I was told there was no king room that we had to get a double bed room. There was no notice ahead of time. My husband and I were too tired to argue. It would have been nice to have some notice or a choice as to whether we wanted that or not. We had traveled over 4 hours and did not have a lot of choice at 9 at night.

Room's climate control was not in good shape.
It wouldn't get past 72 degrees in the room.

The checkin was great. The manager had a great personality and was fun.
The room needed maintenence....no hairdryer ( though the front desk found one for us), the light over the bathroom sink was burned out, no magnifying mirroe, the phone had the wrong room number written on it.
Breakfast was great.

Welll firt all I booked two beds and then given to us one “up grade” was a king bed with a sofa bed and a little kitchen.
When I ask why this “up grade” then told me they didn’t have my reservation information was 2 beds and they didn’t have any other room available.
The room was dirty and the sink didn’t stop to leak all night.
