Roach infested!!

The property was roach infested!! The apartments were decent but it was a lot of roaches to the point I couldn't get comfortable. They did move us to a different unit however it had roaches too. To the point we just checked out early with no refund on the days that I did not stay!! tried calling several times with no answer.

The property is not very clean. I read other reviews about roaches and it is true-there are roaches. I could tell the room hadn't been dusted or vacuumed.

Traveling across country and at about 3 hours away I called to confirm check in time only to be informed that they didn't have a room for me. They had a reservation, but no room. Called their corporate office and was basically told "tough". After I hung up, they cancelled the room, but had the audacity to charge me two nights later. Expedia is working on my refund. Registrations mean nothing to this company. Don't bother.
