Courtney was incredibly responsive! I appreciate that he dropped by almost immediately to address our concerns. THANK YOU Courtney! The spacious downstairs, aka the cadet "chill zone" made for a great stay as did the three bathrooms for my one male and three female cadets plus one mom.

Great for business stay

Pros: -great communication with host-excellent air conditioner-excellent Wi-Fi-good amount of space for family to spread out and have privacy. -there was a extra bedroom that wasn’t in the original description, which was wonderful! -a good amount of dishes and bowls and silverware and pansCons-The street itself is clean and beautiful, however if you like to go out walking, you may need to drive to a nice nearby park. -not enough glassware or cups to accommodate all guests. - several items had a great deal wear and tear, things needing to be tightened up so that they don’t break.

Our stay was cozy and met the needs for our larger family. Lots of beds for everyone and located in a quiet neighborhood. Could use some better pillows and kitchen supplies (bowls, utensils, etc.). Would rent again for our bigger group.

Business Columbia

The check in process was flawless the property manager was on top of things double checking that there was no issues. The house was super clean and easy to navigate. The only down side for me had nothing to do with the host or home. It is very child active neighborhood so you just need to be very aware of surrounding and plan to hear the kids out and about till about 9pm.

This house was in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main level, which are all very nice. The basement has two bedrooms and a bathroom, along with another living room, kitchenette and another extra queen bed. This house has lots of space for a large family. It was nice, comfortable and had a warm home feeling. Well stocked with lots of things. We will definitely stay there again. The back yard looked very large for kids to play on, however it was way to cold out for the kids to play out there on this stay. Very kid friendly home, lots of games and toys for the kids to play with.

Roomy Respite

Meeting with family from all over US. It made the chaos of a double graduation simplified. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and quiet space. Neighborhood extremely quiet and amenities nearby.
