It wasn't clean, and didn't look safe, the room had pet hair in it and the lobby smelled like pee. It was discussing there. I will never stay there again. That place needs a good remodel and better employees.

Disgusting crack motel

Was disgusting. Towels had brown stains but were “clean.” Smoke alarm was gone. Fork in the drain of sink. A/C cover would fall of the ground when you shut or opens the door. Mirrors looks at if had been taken off for drug use.

Last night my room did not have a remote for the TV. I went to the front desk to ask for a remote and he immediately gave me a newish remote with fresh batteries which was awesome, but the remote did not work with the TV. There was no light in the bathroom. There was only 1 Styrofoam cup and no ice bucket. And when I woke up there was a COCKROACH in bed with me! I will probably never stay there again!

1st room had no TV. 2nd one had a TV, but it took all the strength to use the remote. The property at night on the 1st felt unsafe. had someone ask my if I wanted coke I said no, he then made he way upstairs (I went in the room) and he's out there stalking the window, and the other part was a series of events that seemed random, but my inner girl was screaming. The 2nd night was uneventful. U get what u pay for. But as a solo female, ill choose elsewhere next time. But had 2 dogs, they were having a special where I stayed free. So there was that 😂

DO NOT STAY HERE

Extremely dirty, stained sheets, leaking tub and toilet. Beat up paint interior and exterior. Musty smell. Nothing like website pics. We almost didn’t stay, thankfully we only had one night. Will no be using Hotels.com again. This motel should not be on their site.

DISGUSTING. this is a 1 star review because negative stars are not an option. This was in the most unsafe feeling neighborhoods i have ever found a hotel to be in. There was blood and red stains all over the bedding and floor. Bathroom drain had mold growing and walking away out of it. No idea if they have EVER cleaned the room a single time. Snow was still on the ground, NOTHING had been shoveled off, not even the stairs to second floor of the all outside access hotel. We checked out less than 20min after checking in and spent the best money ever staying somewhere else.
