The hotel was nasty and the staff was not friendly I will never stay there are recommend anyone there. I spend only one night and check out because I didn’t sleep. Had to go to a different hotel and while checking out the front desk didn’t even ask why I was checking out.

Rolando at the front desk was incredibly rude and demeaning. He refused entry to my son and I in the middle of the night after a long flight and losing my ID in the airport. The hotel was pre booked and paid for.

Very clean and quiet location. However, we were there for 3 days. On our second morning we asked about housekeeping and the guy at the front desk was vet ride and said we weren't signed up. When we asked how we sign up he simply said if you find a housekeeper just ask for new towels. We were never told at check in that we would have to sign up for housekeeping, the website states daily housekeeping so we were unaware.
