Found out when I arrived that the hotel overbooked my room and they had to put me in a 2 queen room versus the 1 king I paid for. Upon realizing this when I walked to my room, I went to the front counter I was offered to pay for an upgrade. Rooms are a little outdated and extremely warm on the top floor (took the a/c an hour to catch up). One night stay so I’ll move on quick but please be aware that it’s not great.

Dennis,I apologize your intended king room wasn't available. We always suggest booking directly through the hotel to avoid any reservation changes from third party sites. We will have maintenance check the AC in the room you stayed in to make sure everything is working properly!Thanks for the review!

Toilet wouldn’t flush. Each time they came and fixed it the very next flush was stopped up again. Had to go over night with no toilet. Finally moved to new room. Musty, ants in the bed, slug in the corner, TV didn’t work and found a bed bug the next morning. No manager to talk to. Was supposed to cal me and never did. I will be calling on Monday.

We loved the big spacious suite with fireplace and whirlpool. The heated pool separate from the large hot tub (indoor) was great . We unfortunately had to get out of the hot tub because of some slight lightning. Didn’t make sense since we was indoor. Great stay either way!

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Property is showing signs of age and use. I had to mess with the wall unit because it was 56 degrees in the room and ended up resetting it by accident but it started blowing warm air after that. Other than that no complaints, barely heard other people. Only stayed one night.

Comfortable and Clean
Publié le 4 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe beds were super comfortable! I like firm mattresses, and I wanted to take this bed home with me!
The staff were friendly and efficient.
The pool area is really nice.
The restaurant is good, as is the free morning buffet.
I would definitely stay again if I was in the area.
