I was put in a room that was so musty and mildew smelling. I went back to the front desk let them know. Eventually move me to a different room staffing was great. But rooms diffently need help. Left earlier because of the bed. Not there best

Loud dog

We were asked immediately at check in if we had a pet with us. We did not, but thought it odd to be the first question. Then Saturday evening and again at 7:15 to 7:45 am, there was a large loud dog in the room next door barking continuously. This is unacceptable. You can’t book non-pet rooms right next door to inconsiderate dog owners.
