Property is okay. I tried to check-in about an hour and a half before official check in time and they said I would have to pay extra $35 fee for showing up early. The guy said my room was ready but I had to pay extra fee. I do not pay extra. This attempt for extra money is unacceptable! Poor customer service. I won’t be back!

Property was overall clean, upon checking into the room they did fail to grab a dirty wash cloth that was still hanging on the shower. Other than that the room was clean. They did have a hair dryer, ironing board and iron. There was a mini fridge and microwave. The room had a separate sitting area from the bed area which was nice. There was a pool that I never got down to use. Breakfast was served from 6am to 9am during my stay and being that i was on vacation i didn't get up early enough to try it. The only problem i really had was when i left the hotel and had to turn left off the street they dont have a stop light there and traffic was crazy but the hotel was in a nice area

Very clean, nice rooms, easy check in, quiet hotel, great affordable option. Decent area, lots of food options close by. Fronteras and pier 11 seafood boil are both great dinner spots. If I was to critique anything, the reserved parking spots for different kinds of hotel club members seemed to stay empty and takes up a lot of spots near the front entrance, and the breakfast was very lacking in options and the main things they had- Sausage and potatoes weren’t cooked long enough and the egg thing looked rubbery and fake. But I would still stay again for sure. Just def don’t count on the breakfast.

The room was clean. We stayed on the 3rd floor and jt sounded like a pack of elephants were on the 4th floor just above our head. Lots of noise from hallway could be heard all night keeping us awake.
