Desk clerk friendly. Key card didnt work. Had to go back and re do. Still had issues. Came back to hotel around 11:30pm after concert and no parking was available. Told to park in circle by front door. Hope we dont get towed!

Breakfast was ok, rooms were great, staff was very nice and accommodating. The area surrounding the Hotel has some undesirables that hang around. None staying at the Hotel, but lurking outside. Need more parking spaces and don't allow a truck and horsetrailer park there taking up 5 spaces. There is a place for them to park onThe fairground.We enjoyed our stay! 😊

We stayed here bc it was right near the state fair entrance, which was very convenient. However, there is not much else to do in the immediate area and it is not walkable. The area overall was less than desirable, but its proximity to the fair was perfect for what we wanted. The staff was friendly and the free breakfast was decent.
