From the moment I came in to the end of my stay, many aspects were above the expectations. The staff was outstanding. A bit of improvement is needed in the food category; simply the printed menu and the supplies that the kitchen/bar had to work with were not the same, through no fault of the kitchen/bar emplyees.

Friendly staff

The staff at this location was so friendly. Katie was the maid our floor and she honored our request for more coffee. She was so cheerful and full of joy. Everyone else we encountered seemed to enjoy their jobs.

We came to visit the Columbus Zoo. This hotel was close and priced right. What a bonus that it was clean and comfortable and the woman at the front desk was so helpful! Walking into the room with its fresh aroma was icing on the cake!

10/10. Very nice and courteous front desk lady! They actually clean the whole room. The ONLY negative thing I can say is that parking spaces were limited. We found a spot though! I would DEFINITELY stay again!
