PET-FRIENDLY STAY
Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so even they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We allow house-trained pets at a surcharge to cover the cleaning fee.
Please let us know in advance, and we will make all necessary arrangements to accommodate your four-legged friends.
**Pet fee $100USD per pet per stay**

EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Early Check-In: We charge $25 per hour for early check-ins.
Late Check-Out: We do our best to accommodate special requests. For late check-outs requested until 8 PM the day before check-out, a fee of $25 per hour will be charged. Any requests made after 8 PM the day before check-out, up to an hour before check-out, will incur a fee of $60/hr.

NOISE LEVEL MONITORING
Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, we ask to comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations.

SUPPLIES
We only provide a starter pack of supplies. Guests with longer stays have to buy their own supplies for the remaining days.

LONGTERM STAYS
For stays of 30 days or more, bi-weekly cleaning is required to keep the property clean and well-maintained. Cleaning schedules will be arranged in advance, and the cost will be $230/cleaning.

CAMERA
Our Security company has exterior cameras for monitoring the property.
One at doorbell and one in carport

FIRE EXTINGUISHER
2 fire extinguishers. One is located in the downstairs closet, the other is in the hall closet upstairs.

ALTERATION REQUEST POLICY
Guests must inform us of any alteration requests (shortening stay & decreasing guest count) at least one week before check-in. Regrettably, we will be unable to accommodate late requests. In such cases, we can provide a refund amounting to only 50% of the original refund amount.

★ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $55 for stays up to 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
