The elevators were down all weekend long and my 83 year old father could have fallen down the stairs. There was broken furniture in the room. Saturday the chlorine levels in the pool and hot tub were excessive. Burned people's eyes including myself. I could not stay in the pool area for very long.

Absolutely terrible , had false accusations made against us of having a party and spilling g juice on multiple sheets , Clerk very rude as was housekeeping manager , watched every moved we made , counted how many kids were with us , said we had a cake when it was brownies in foil , worse discrimination in my life , they dint want blacks there that’s why they set up the mess about the room condition , elevators were broke , heater was broke , absolutely unacceptable

Queen double suite was spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly. Hot tub was awesome and the warmest indoor pool (especially as a parent who has to go in for their kiddos). Overall , very happy and hope to return!

The room was nice and clean, everything was in working order. The only thing we would change is having a microwave but not a big deal! The staff was all very nice and we had forgotten our sons wallet drove 30min back and the housekeeper had already turned it into the desk. Great stay!!! Would recommend.
