Very easy location to find with plenty of parking. Upon check in we noticed our room smelled like marijuana in a non smoking room. The front desk attendant offered to spray the room for us as they had no other rooms available. We decline the offer due to asthmatic reactions to some aerosol sprays. There was not a functioning window to open so we left the exhaust fan in the bathroom on. Other than that, the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was also plentiful with good options.

The stay was nice. -The hallways echoed a little but wasn’t very loud or noisy was able to sleep. I was charged an additional $50 when checking into the hotel for a deposit. The sink was cracked and vanity had a chip when I checked out the room and have time stamped pictures and reported the issue to the receptionist in the morning. The security deposit was returned 3 days later. The room was clean, decorated nicely. The bed was so soft that I sunk in and could have stayed in forever. Upfront about the cost of the room, but I guess that’s how you get someone to stay. The complementary breakfast does not start until 630 am on the sign but was not available until after. The website reported breakfast started at 6am.

First of all, I wasn't aware and never notified that there was a $50.01 deposit upon checkin when making the reservation. The girl working the front desk around 6pm yesterday was unbelievably rude and never pointed me to our room or said thank u, enjoy ur stay, or let us know if we can help- not a word. She is in the wrong profession, and I wld recommend another hotel based just on her lack of accommodation and friendliness. She also told me the deposit would be back in my account when I checked out, but the lady working this morning said 3-5 business days. Cistomwrs shld be made aware of this deposit when booking. At some point we received an important call, but wasn't notified until checking out. Is it that hard to transfer a call to the room??? Very disappointed in the desk staff- both acted like they wld rather be anywhere else. Lastly, the pool water was warmer than the water that came out of our showerhead. We got less than 5 minutes of luke warm water. I wld not recommend this hotel to anyone that needs to shower. Nice building, good food, rooms were nice and clean, and it's a convenient location. All staff were friendly except the ones working the front desk who shld be the friendliest. Too bad the evening desk staff and lack of hot water will keep me from returning.
