Upon our arrival, our reservation was canceled. They said they notified Expedia to notify me which did not happen After driving six hours to get to our hotel, they had canceled it. But then offered the same room at a higher rate Which at that point I was not interested in.

The room was filthy and when I told someone about it I was told it would be deep cleaned but no one showed up. The next day I said again and one of the manager on duty showed up, took pictures and again guaranteed to somebody would come and do a deep clean. They finally showed up and still I had to call and ask for more cleaning because I was here in the bathroom on the walls before we left, there was hair on the ceiling before we left the air conditioner went out in the bleeding. The office manager on duty was extremely rude. I did not know she was a manager on duty. She just told me she put it on the books for maintenance to come and look at it. Finally it was fixed. Might this day at this hotel was absolutely horrible and I will never recommend this chain to anybody.

Close to Schottenstein Center, OSU, and restaurants and easy to visit Franklin Conservatory and the rose garden. Everything was clean, people were friendly, and it was well run. We liked the eggs and potatoes for breakfast.

Front desk were very helpful, provided answers to questions, and even helped me print my boarding pass. I always felt the staff wanted to assist me and had cheerful, great attitudes. The bed was very comfortable, the room clean, and the breakfast was delicious. One of the best I've had in a hotel.

The front desk staff were very kind and accommodating. Room was clean, excellent bed, delicious breakfast. Came here to see a physician, I appreciated the comfort, quiet, and cleanliness. I wish there were a few more restaurants around, but that is not the hotel's issue, and I was close to my doctor. I mostly used Ubers. Good stay.
