Welcome to our charming Terrace Cottage, a cheery two-bedroom, one-bathroom home in the heart of Manchester Expressway. This house in a quiet, safe neighborhood is within walking distance of St. Francis Hospital, and right near Fort Moore, making this a convenient stay for military families and traveling nurses.

Upon check-in, you’ll discover a bright, sun-filled open concept living area. This place will instantly feel like home! The living room is equipped with a large, super-comfy sectional sofa. Cuddle up by the big flatscreen Smart TV under some blankets to stream your favorite show. Or break out the board games and challenge each other to an epic game night.

This airy main living area with plentiful natural light also has a modern kitchen and dining area. When you get hungry, you’ll really appreciate the fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. Make use of our top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances and gas oven and stove. Snack on some complimentary snacks while you brew a cup at the coffee station. Then get meal prep going from the spacious kitchen island.

When it’s time to chow down, gather around the solid wood dining table for four, surrounded by wide windows where sunshine pours through. As a bonus, you can also dine al fresco style outside at the backyard patio table in the shade of the tall pecan tree. Not a bad way to enjoy meals!

Before you get carried away enjoying the home’s upscale features, like setting the Nest thermostat to your optimal climate, don’t forget to unpack and settle in. Our home has two bedrooms to choose from, both with the coziest queen beds and Smart TVs for unwinding in the evenings. One room also has a dedicated workspace, so those who work remotely can make the most of our high-speed WiFi.

Both bedrooms share a full guest bathroom. This upgraded space has a shower/tub combo with an arched fabric shower curtain for maximum space. Enjoy a detachable shower head and strong water pressure for a soothing soak. And last but not least, guests can also enjoy an in-unit washer and dryer. This rental has it all and then some, all tucked behind that cute red door.

Great home away from home

I’ll be honest, I’m typically a hotel girl, but when my son was Turning Green in the Army and had family weekend, I thought he would appreciate the comfort of a home. This house couldn’t have been a better choice. We got in very late our first night and thankfully she had snacks, water and everything we needed for coffee in the morning. There were plenty of paper towels and trash bags and toilet paper, which is one of the frustrations I typically have with rental homes, not having enough of the important things and buying a whole box for 2 trash bags is ridiculous. We were supplied ample towels, blankets and pillows. Special touches like tooth paste, slippers, and robes were much appreciated. The air conditioning and heat worked well, instant hot water heater, smart tvs and gas stove were as well. And the home was decorated so cute. A great place to stay!

Family Time

Perfect for our family

First time using vrbo for coming in town to work for the week. My wife and twins usually come with me and this house was perfect for us. Donna has done an exceptional job with this place. It’s cozy, quiet, and very homey feel. She goes above and beyond making sure everything you need is there. No complaints at all. I will be returning to Columbus in a month and I will definitely stay here again if it’s available.
