NEWLY RENOVATED 4 bed home w/ back yard and deck

Our split level house is a 4 bedroom, 1 and a half bath home just minutes from Ohio State University, Scioto Country Club, Maphre Stadium, Nationwide Arena, COSI and so much more. Located in a great neighborhood less than a mile from I-70. This house is a great place to stay while in town for Ohio State Football games, weddings, family reunions, graduation parties and so much more! We look forward to hosting you. If you have any questions please feel free to ask. No parties or events allowed.

Unable to use the backyard. The backyard and play set is unkept. Handrails on deck and stairs were loose. There is a window hanging out of window frame on the enclosed porch. All safety concerns for our grandchildren. We had to put what food wouldn’t fit in fridge in totes due to a mouse problem. We also ate on disposables all weekend creating unnecessary trash and extra expense along with the food disposed of due to the mice getting into it the first night.

This vrbo was cozy and accommodating. It’s located in an amazing neighborhood that’s super kid friendly with wonderful neighbors. It’s close to plenty of restaurants and has lots of space. Jordan is a great and communicative host. Very responsive and quick to help if there’s a problem.

State fair

We stayed here while we were exhibiting cattle at the Ohio State Fair. We have stayed at this house before. Really enjoyed our family time. Such a nice clean house and only 15 minutes from the fairgrounds.

Comfortable and clean. Mom Dad and kids staid upstairs. Nana and Grandad were downstairs. Kitchen worked for cooking Thanksgiving dinner for eight.

Not accurate photographs

The property was not as clean as the photographs depict. The entire house could use a deep clean (dust on fans, rust in shower, cobwebs in corners, etc). The couch is falling apart. It was too cold to use the swing set, however, by the appearance it did not seem safe to have kids playing on it anyway. The price was right but would not stay again

Family Get away

It was a family vacation (ages from 10 months to 80 yr old). If you are bring small children
. a child gate will be very handy, since there is a flight of stairs from living area to front door. Swing set is missing some bolts, so not to safe. No outside furniture and some of the blinds has some pieces missing. The place was clean

Not exactly like the pictures. Couch had rips and crumbs all under the cushions. Several walls and trims looked run down. Downstairs carpet smelled like animal pee. The shower didn’t drain properly. The porch door was off the track and we couldn’t even open it. Downstairs bathroom door was very hard to open once shut. Everyone’s bags downstairs had ants all in them. Location was close to everything we needed, and the neighborhood was decent. Jordan was pretty quick to respond when texted and allowed us to check in early. Overall, it was just okay, but I was disappointed it didn’t look like the pictures.

Great Long Weekend Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! Jordan was responsive and helpful. The listing is accurate and photos are as well. It has a very cozy, lived in feel to it. I feel like some of the “older home aesthetics” of this property were misconstrued in some other reviews. Everything is in working condition and the home is safe and clean. We stayed with our 3 and 6 year old, as well as our pup. Would help those planning on putting younger kids in the bunk room to bring a small outlet night light, but we just moved a small lamp from another room there and it worked fine. We figured out on our last day that the switch in the dining room also turned on the patio lights near the bedroom - so helpful info for future stayers. Last pointer, if staying with pets - check the Nest AC controls. I think the “no one home” sensors are set to a really high temp and our crated dog probably got a little more heated than he should have - we just didn’t think to check that (we should have - we have a Nest and home đŸ€Šâ€â™€ïž). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Access to check in is through a door code, which was convenient considering our late arrival. We had no issue with the 1.5 bathroom situation for our small family, nor with the lack of washer/dryer or the non-refundable once booked policy. All were clearly spelled out in the listing and allowed us to plan appropriately. :) Fenced in yard was perfect for our pup. Nice set of supplies in kitchen, and a bonus bottle of wine and water were provided. ❀

Convenient & Spacious for Weekend Trip

Stayed here for a guys golf weekend and was the perfect homebase. Plenty of room for 4 of us to spread out and have our own spaces. Dining & Living Room set up was great for hanging out and relaxing. Great central location to everywhere we were going in Columbus.

Good Property

We had a good stay. Property was clean and host responded in a timely manner. Please pay attention that there is only 1 full and 1 half bath, no laundry and property is non-refundable as soon as you book. Otherwise it was a good experience!

Good stay

More than enough room for family. Spacious bedrooms, nice decor, quiet neighborhood, well provided utensils and amenities. They even provided a bottle of wine. Just a few things needed repairs. The sink in the basement was a bit clogged and the sliding glass door going from the indoor porch to outside was very difficult to open and close. But overall everything was nice. I would recommend it.
