What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment.

I stayed there for three nights but I went through four different rooms the first room they had me check in somebody was in there who I opened the door because they gave me the key to it and I could've got killed or you know they could've been Brighton whatever and it wasn't the smoking room and they did not say anything about a deposit upfront after I paid for it and it wasn't an accessible room and they had roaches all over the place and I paid for the travel protection and it didn't cover that which was a waste of money as well because it disrupted my trip I had to go through four different rooms and the last room that I was at wow somebody tried opening my door because they were sent to this room to check in very terrible experience even though they're remodeling but don't go there it's not worth it it's not worth it at all I don't care about their weekly specials monthly specials you'll be very disappointed. I would not recommend

The room had several flys flying around. Bugs in the bathtub. The front desk lady mentioned they didn’t have maid service that day and to come back and let her know if the room wasn’t clean. Sadly the room I got was a clean room. They will not issue me a refund. IM PISSED.

The hotel room we had , had roaches in it and dirty sheets. Spoke to the GM of hotel and they weren’t going to switch us to another room so I asked for refund because that’s unacceptable to sleep in. And they explained they had pest problem in other units but never told us that.

When I booked no where did it say that they required a deposit after paying everything in full before arrival. Then when I checked in the woman at the front desk gave me a key to a room as I drove up and took down all my luggage and went upstairs to the room the key didn't work only to see that someone was already occupying the room I went downstairs to complain and she blamed Expedia for overbooking that it happens all the time. Totally unacceptable and I don't recommend the towels had hair on them and not the cleanest place either

Beware it’s the worst hotel ever

The room was not clean, the bed was not made, it was invested with roaches, also there was a mice in the room and management was not able to change our room because they had prior reservations..I was up all night killing roaches it by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at and will not ever go back
