The space
This spacious open concept 5 bedroom 2-story newer construction home is situated at the end of a Cul-de-sac street in a quiet neighborhood. Featuring two 50-gallon hot water heaters, reverse osmosis for drinking water at the kitchen sink, family room with electric fireplace, multi-level climate control system, family game room with board games and TV, two dining areas with tables that seat six each, bar seating for three. The five bedrooms include the Primary suite with a king bed and en-suite featuring a soak tub and separate shower, two bunk rooms, queen bedroom with TV on second floor and queen bedroom located on first floor with access to a full bathroom. This is ideal for any guest that wants to avoid the stairs. The 2 car garage can be accessed for parking and the driveway holds 4 cars as well as parking on the street. We offer a 5% discount for those attending Fort Benning graduations. Simply message before booking, Team Green. We can accommodate up ideally 12- 15 guests, but can accommodate 20 guests total with full size pullout and air mattress available.

We booked this house because of the proximity to Fort Benning. The location was perfect and it was a safe neighborhood. The host was fantastic and did an excellent job communicating with me. The property was very spacious and clean with lots of extras.
