Welcome to The Loft, a stylish 900 sq. ft. fully furnished residence nestled in the Northwest suburb of Columbus. Perfect for both leisure and business travelers, as well as extended stays and vacation rentals, this spacious loft offers an ideal blend of comfort and convenience.

Conveniently located near I-270 and SR 315, The Loft is just a mile from major shopping, fine and casual dining, parks, recreation, an EV Supercharger, and the world’s longest S-shaped pedestrian bridge. It also offers easy access to nearby areas like Dublin, Worthington, Powell, and Upper Arlington via a variety of local routes.

Experience the serene panoramic vista, framed by a collection of architecturally inspired windows and skylights, flooding the space with graceful natural light from dawn to dusk. Whether you're inside or out, The Loft offers peace, warmth, and tranquility throughout the year. It is custom-crafted with a spacious floor plan featuring 18-foot-high cathedral ceilings, a large living area, dedicated work and dining areas, and a well-equipped modern kitchen. After a day of exploring, retreat to the relaxing en-suite bedroom and rejuvenate on our premium mattress, enveloped in comfortable and luxurious bedding.

The Loft perfectly combines comfort and functionality, making it the ideal destination to complement your Columbus adventure. It’s truly the home away from home you’ve been searching for.

Additional info: The Loft is located on the top/second floor of our two-story standalone guest house. You will enter through the main foyer of the guest house, this area has two dedicated, keyed, entrances to each independent unit. Our trusted long-term tenant occupies the first-floor unit.

One parking spot is provided for our loft guests; a second spot can be arranged if traveling with two vehicles given early notice at booking. The availability of the second parking spot isn't always guaranteed if you notify us on the date of arrival.

Outdoor amenities is not included; however, we are just minutes from some of the most popular recreational parks, trails, and shopping districts in the city.

Nice Place

Place was beautiful as advertised. Not the place to stay if you are truly wanting to cook as I was. Cook top very difficult to figure out and hardly any cooking utensils not great cookwear . These are important to me. Simon was great and very quick to answer any questions I had. Did not like that a friend I was traveling with but staying at a different location was not allowed to see me. This was very inconvenient for me. The place was very comfortable and easy to access.

One week return to Columbus

The loft was wonderful and just as pictured. So light and airy! Everything we needed was provided. Loved the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere and convenient location. It was a great base for visiting family and friends as well as perfect for quiet times and movies. Even though temperatures were subzero, we were very comfortable. Simon responded to any questions we had and was a gracious host. We hope to stay here again.

This property was perfect for where we needed to get to during the weekend. Convenient location to everything. Outdoor property stairs in front of the main door very dangerous. My husband almost fell. There needs to be a sign or a different color on the stair to indicate it's even there! For all of the fancy appliance upgrades in the house, may want to upgrade and take out the carpet throughout. We were assigned a parking spot and it was taken one afternoon. We were basically rushed to move our car. All in all a great place to stay for the weekend and you couldn't beat the price.

This is my ideal vacation house. Modern, simple, elegant, quiet, and warm. Simon kept the house sparkling clean. Communications were exceptional. He made VRBO message system literally instant. Perfect Worthington/Dublin Getaway

Simon’s place was amazing, so perfectly designed and ideal for a short or long term stay. I would create another trip to Central Ohio to just stay here. If this place is available, book it because you have hit the jackpot. The bed is fabulous and all other amenities are first class.
