The OSU House - 4BR Cape Cod Just Minutes From Ohio State Campus

Welcome to this classic 4-bedroom cape cod home tucked into a quiet, safe University View neighborhood just minutes from Ohio State University. Walking distance to Target and a nearby shopping center, this home offers a fenced yard, paved driveway parking for 3 cars, and two full bathrooms including a brand-new walk-in shower downstairs. Each bedroom features a queen bed and new furniture, and the backyard is a great spot to unwind after exploring OSU and Grandview.



The Space:

We love our older home, because of its great bones and wonderful location! It features 4 bedrooms, (2 up and 2 on main level) and 2 full bathrooms.



Each bedroom has a queen bed, and new furniture. There is a bathroom on the main level with shower and bathtub combo. Downstairs in the basement is a brand new bathrooms with walk-in shower.



Our living room is a great place to relax with friends over a movie, and the backyard is great for an evening beverage after a long day. Enjoy the fenced yard, and bring your furry friend! (please let us know if you are bringing a pet)



Guest Access:

Guests will have full exclusive access to this entire home and yard.



The Neighborhood:

Our neighborhood is University View, and it is a small 1950's neighborhood tucked behind The Ohio State University. Lots of professors, and OSU staff live here because of its close proximity to the University.



Other Things to Note:

Guests must provide a valid driver’s license or ID and sign our Rental Agreement after booking to receive arrival instructions. Parties & unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, and hosts reserve the right to withhold arrival instructions of confirmed reservations from guests with negative or low reviews, are under 25 years old and/or live closer than 100 miles from the home at the host's discretion in an effort to ensure the safety and security of our community, (impacted guests will be notified shortly after booking, and a full refund will be provided if the guest cancels the reservation in a timely manner).



PET FEES: Guests are required to disclose how many pets will enter the home. A one-time fee will be required based on the length of stay for the following amounts:



$35 (Less than 5 nights)

$50 (5 - 30 nights)

$100 (30+ nights prorated daily, or $75 for each additional full month booked)
