Our apartment is located within a beautiful, gated community in the Polaris shopping and dining area of Westerville.

The community is quiet, safe, and modern with lots of great amenities.

You'll love being able to walk to restaurants (101 Beer Kitchen, Chicken Salad Chick, Buffalo Wild Wings, Clean Juice, etc.).

You'll also be practically next door to the Polaris Fashion Place mall (2-3 miles), and even closer (less than 1 mile) from IKEA, Top Golf, and dozens more restaurants.

You'll also enjoy access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, the Starbucks Coffee barista machine, business center, and outdoor saltwater pool.

You'll have exclusive access to the entire apartment during your stay.

After booking, you'll receive full check-in details - including your codes for the community gate and the apartment door keypad (we change this for every guest).

Arriving at the apartment is easy. You can park in any of the open spots directly along our building.

Once inside, you'll also find physical apartment keys on the kitchen counter which you can use as backup.

You'll need a car to access most things in Columbus, or of course you can use Uber and Lyft (easily accessible within minutes). You can walk to a bus stop about a mile away if needed. If you enjoy walking, there are multiple restaurants, a small grocery store, Top Golf, and much more within walking distance.

This apartment is located in a 100% smoke-free community, so no smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere…including our balcony, breezeways, parking lots, etc.

Please note that this apartment is located on the 3rd/top floor. If peace and quiet are important to you, you'll love this feature (since there are no apartments above). But there's no elevator, so please only book this home if you are physically able to climb a few steps.

Free Cancellation. We love taking care of our guests, and one of the ways we do that is by including free cancellation with every booking until 2 weeks before arrival. You're also free to shorten or extend your stay as needed. At the time you cancel or shorten your reservation, we simply look 2 weeks forward on the calendar and refund everything you may have already paid for beyond the 2 week mark. If you have any questions about this, just message us and ask. We know all the different policies can be confusing. :)

Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie.
