Excellent room, great bedding, the new section is a modern Spanish revamp of a 16th century palacio - recommend to stay in that part of the hotel. Very nice overall, wish I had an excuse to stay more days.

The stay was good. Check in was easy. The room felt a little claustrophobic. It was a king bed but the it was very small. The breakfast was fine except they did jot have a choice of turkey or pork sausage. They only had impossible meat and not everyone eats that. They should have options for those who don’t eat fake meat.

Everything was great but Crystal was exceptional. She was so kind, warm, and truly seems to want the absolute best for her breakfast guests. She put true care into the food and made us feel like we were being welcomed into a home. Hilton is very lucky to have her as an employee!
