Not the best hotel needs updating as the rooms were tatty and well used ,most staff were pleasant, , more russian tourists then English in the hotel

Bed hotel

The entire hotel is moldy. The morning breakfast is por and not good quality's food. The room have low standard and the staff are not so energetic to help you or support your needs. I have booked a room for 3 nights and after the first night my eyes and face have been affected by the moldy in the rooms. So please take this hotel out from your sistem. Is worst than hotel.

We found the hotel to be ok but a little tired . The fan in our room didn't work though wasn't a major problem as a/c was ok . The bathroom decour definately required some TLC . Tried the buffet breakfast once and was very disappointed in that . Overall all though better than alot of other Indian hotels we have stayed in .

The tiles in the bathroom and also the washbasin were broken. F& B at breakfast was just okay although separate money was taken for the same. They were not accommodative for early morning bf.

Nice Hotel close to Colva Beach

Our stay for 3 nights was very pleasant. Dining is a little expensive but would expect better food quality at that price. Had booked 3 rooms and every one were quite happy.

Get ready to pay extra for EVERYTHING

Unfortunately my experience with this hotel was not pleasant. The outside facilities were nice but the room was dingy. The towels and sheets were itchy, telephone in the room did not work, and I had 3 cats jumping on my table during dinner and breakfast. Also, get ready to pay - wifi, limited; in-room safe - service charge; toothbrush - service charge. It's nickel and diming guests to death for a supposed 4-star hotel. Would not stay here again.

Terrible! Don't go there, the pool was dirty and non operational our entire stay. Wifi doesn't work, housekeeping was shabby.

Stylish, good, clean property

Was here for a family stay, with kids. Almost all pool facing rooms, courteous staff, big clean pool, food was fine, the buffet dinner served during the stay, which was in the Christmas holidays, was mostly Asian, Indian, with a few continental dishes. The beach was a 5 min walk from the hotel. As we knew a common friend of the Hotel's Management, by co-incidence, we had the pleasure of being met & greeted by Mr. Desmond Sequeira, the F & B Manager. On the whole, a hotel with good ambience, cleanliness, styling, value for the money paid, with a clean beach next to it.
