Disappointing for the price

Located about 20-25 min-walk uphill from the great town of Comillas. The property is very nice and is surrounded by many Timeshare-type properties. Beautifull entrance lobby. Nice staff at the reception desk but it is a hit and miss as to whether you'll be able to communicate in English (which was challenging when we reported our AC unit malfunctioning). We had a room on the 2nd floor where the rooms are basically located in the attic of the building. Consequently, you have to be careful when you walk in the room because of the slope of the room. It was a couple quite hot days when we were there and we had a malfuntioning AC unit that spat ice cubes at times during the night. Management was not able to resolve the problem during ourt two-night stay. Two twin beds pushed together with firm mattresses (so not that comfortable). Bathroom is OK. Adequate breakfast served in a nice dining room. Nice indoor pool but because of COVID-19, the hotel only allows a maximum of 12 guest per hour; so you need to make your reservation in advance if you want to use the pool (this was not advertised on their website or on Hotel.com). Hotel is located 10-15 min walk downhill to town or beach.
