A FANTASTIC stay! Great pre trip communication, very comfortable rooms, extremely helpful and friendly staff, delicious breakfast! A bonus…we used their private shuttle service to Bellagio, and again to the train station, so convenient! Highly recommend this hotel!

An adorable boutique hotel in the middle of town with tons of shops and restaurants right outside your door. The breakfast at the hotel was very good with lots of choices and a pretty courtyard to sit outside and enjoy it. The rooms were clean and the staff were top notch.

Very quiet hotel that was set back from busy como areas! Staff were excellent and were very welcoming and polite! Breakfast was lovely and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Como.

Lovely stay in the centre of Como. Rather small but clean and functionally furnished rooms, very good breakfast. We appreciated being able to drive directly to the hotel in our own car. The parking organised by the hotel in a multi-storey car park worked very well.

I rarely write reviews, but Avenue hotel is definitely deserving of one. I was a solo traveler and felt very safe at this hotel and the location. It was a very easy walk to the actual lake and I enjoyed all that the location had to offer. It's also not very far from the main bus stop if you want to take the train to other areas. Also, for a solo room, it was very spacious, clean and loved the bathroom/shower! The staff was very kind and accommodating and you have to get the breakfast at this hotel! BEST! I really think if you are looking for great accommodations in the Lake Como area, Avenue Hotel is a fabulous option!

Wonderful boutique hotel

Very nice boutique hotel. Location was great for walking around the old part of the city and walking along Lake Como. LOTS of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating with requests.
