Nice and comfortable hotel with all the essentials. Beautiful pool and restaurant area overlooking the ocean.

The staffs were exceptional and the food was good. The hotel is very clean and they have a nice gym

Please improve hygiene
Posted Nov. 13, 2022 on HotelsThere are nice things about this place—most staff are friendly, the view is lovely especially at sunset, location is convenient for meetings in Kipe and close to airport. The big problem I had is that it’s not sanitary. The fixtures are not well cleaned, and I saw small roaches in my room several times. The arms of the desk chair in the room are stained by dirt accumulated over a long time — why not replace the fabric-covered chairs with plastic or wood chairs which may not seem as stylish but at least they can be cleaned easily? I’m not a germophobe but I do get stressed if I’m in a hotel with visible hygiene problems, especially because I wonder how many invisible ones there might be. The hotel management should invest much more in cleanliness, please.
