Chula Vista Lodge is a gathering place for family & friends. With that in mind, the heart of the home is a large airy space with kitchen, dining, and living room combined, with views of the valley from the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool. The bedrooms/bathrooms are on either side, giving everyone a place to make themselves at home.

The fully equipped kitchen, a rarity in Concan, comes with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, guest pantry, and breakfast bar with seating for 8. The dining area seats another 8...but why would you eat inside when you can have brunch poolside?

If you need to take a break from the great outdoors, we have an all leather living room with flatscreen, perfect for cooling off in the A/C or watching a movie with a crowd.

The cabana kitchen & bar is the best place to mop and marinate for the BBQ pit. With the outdoor refrigerator, your secret sauces are safe. The Margaritaville Blender can make snow-cones for littles and margaritas for grown-ups. Turn on the outdoor flatscreen so you don’t miss a game while you mix, marinate, and BBQ!

The private sports pool comes with an optional volleyball net and in-pool sun deck for littles to splash in or for you to catch some rays. The outdoor bathroom is in the cabana, no need to dash through the house!

If you stay with us during the fall or winter season, you have to option to heat the pool (addt'l fee applies, enquire at booking time).

***There is NO gate/fence between the backdoor of the lodge and the pool area. A fence encloses the outdoor space. Please do not let children outside without supervision. ***

As the sun goes down, the wildlife comes out to visit. Sitting around the fire pit you might be able to spot the white tailed and axis deer and their fawns. Texas size jack rabbits are also out in the evening and don’t let the peacock calls scare you! They are just out catching their dinner.

For stargazing, turn the patio lights down, set your pool raft afloat and drift under the Texas Hill Country sky.

Every guest of the lodge will have FREE access to the Frio at Gravel Bar @ 7 Bluffs. Pick up your passes and your additional Concan VIP Perks when you check in at our offices. You'll also get discounts on tube rentals, shuttle service, and perks around Concan.

Our management team will be happy to supply you with a full list of house rules but as a heads up…

Absolutely NO PETS. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.

We have smoking areas, exterior to the home, that will keep fire risk low, please use those if needed.

The renter must be at least 25 years of age and sign the rental agreement before confirming your rental.

We will ask for your phone number and email address before arrival as well. We will NEVER use this information for marketing purposes without your expressed permission. This is simply so that we can reach you during your stay. Cell phone service is spotty and we can't count on the platform you have booked through to ensure great communication during your stay. If you have any questions about this policy, please feel free to contact us through the platform regarding this request.

CHECK-IN IS LOCATED NEAR ANDY'S ON RIVER ROAD!
This home is managed by Concan VIP Property Management, LLC. Our office is the little white building around the back.

The guest who made the reservation will be required to check in and provide a current driver's license and 2 credit cards to have on file plus sign the VIP Rental Agreement. Please keep in mind that even if booked through VRBO you still will have to provide a copy of D/L, 2 CREDIT CARDS, and sign VIP Rental Agreement. This rental agreement includes asking for contact information during your stay (email and phone number). This information will never be used for marketing purposes without your expressed permission.
