Escale is an apartment located 500 meters from downtown and the nearby town, flagship monument of Concarneau, in a quiet and secure residence, its location will allow you to make all your trips on foot.



The accomodation :



It will offer you a beautiful living space consisting of two armchairs and a convertible sofa (can accommodate two additional people), a fully equipped open kitchen (with a filtered coffee maker), and a large dining table.



The accommodation consists of an entrance, its living room will give you direct access to the large terrace that will allow you to have lunch outside. Its bedroom is equipped with a dressing room and has its en-suite bathroom consisting of a bathtub, but also a shower. To respect your privacy, the toilets are separate and located at the entrance of the apartment.



A parking space is available with the rental, it is located in the courtyard of the apartment.



For your comfort, the apartment has a dishwasher as well as a washing machine. Everything you need for a pleasant stay in Concarneau.

Location trÚs bien située à proximité commerces et centre ville. Toutefois l appartement necessiterait quelques améliorations (nombres de couverts, absence pelle et balayette, cloche pour micro onde, nombre de prises de courant insuffisant dans la cuisine). Sinon appartement calme. Néanmoins nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Concarneau ist sehenswert und ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge nach Schloss Keriolet,Pont-Aven oder Quimper.Die Wohnung "Escale" ist hĂŒbsch eingerichtet,leider fehlte es bei unserer Ankunft an einigen Dingen,wie Batterien fĂŒr Uhr und Abfalleimer,WeinglĂ€ser und HosenbĂŒgel.Die Agentur konnte jedoch zum Teil schnell Abhilfe schaffen.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ© dans une belle ville de bord de mer. Tout est accessible Ă  pied. Bien qu'il soit situĂ© dans une rue principale, vous n'ĂȘtes pas du tout gĂȘnĂ© par la circulation car il est situĂ© dans une cour avec un parking privĂ©. L'appartement est dĂ©corĂ© dans un style marin. La communication avec le mĂ©diateur est excellente. Nous avons passĂ© une semaine agrĂ©able et nous choisirons certainement Ă  nouveau cet endroit.
