The Cocoonr Agency is pleased to offer this charming flat in Concarneau, just 300 metres from the beach (accessible by crossing the road), featuring a shared swimming pool, with a floor area of 48 m² and accommodating up to 4 guests. Situated on the ground floor, it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 20 m² living area with a TV, a sofa bed and a dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
- Bedroom 1: A queen-size bed (160×200), TV
- Bedroom 2: Two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed
- A bathroom with a shower
- A second bathroom with a shower
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A terrace of approximately 6 m² with furniture to enjoy sunny days

Communal areas:
- A heated outdoor swimming pool (20×10 m), open from 1 June to 20 September (opening dates are subject to change) with a cover and fencing for added safety. Free access

The flat is ideally situated in Concarneau, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence’s private car park.

- Nearest airport: Brest, approximately 1 hour 15 minutes’ drive away
