Concon

Tje hotel is different, many steps to go down and up to the reception and to get to our room etc. They also need to have something better to open the gate etc. The room excellent , the breakfast excellent as well

An excellent location with great views, friendly service, fantastic breakfast and a modern feel to the amenities. Our concierge was bilingual with great English (a rarity in Chile) and for a late booking the price was reasonable. It's good that it is a generally quiet location because the rooms are not very soundproof. You could hear the doorbell and the concierges's phone every time either of them rang. Nonetheless, we would definitely consider staying there again - especially as it is walking diestance from 'La Gatita' our absolute favourite seafood restaurant.

Great location. Needs TLC in the rooms. Our bathroom had the toilet lid broken and the shower clogged immediately. Also no water or glasses in the room.

The perfect coastal getaway

What an amazing place! We can't say enough about our experience at Casadoca. It's far enough away from the chaos to be restful, but an easy Uber ride to anywhere you need to go. Great room, great service, great view.

Management has no integrity

The hotel itself was not as nice as it looks in the photos. Much more disappointing though is the fact that after being evacuated out of the country due to protests, the hotel constantly dodges phone calls from myself and hotels.com regarding my reimbursement. I strongly discourage anyone else from staying here given their lack of integrity.

Hi, I love this place! It is best for couples or solo! Serene spot away from Vina del Mar. Excellent food and private spa with no upcharges! Will definitely go back!

Good for relaxing

Great boutique hotel, very comfortable and relaxing with excellent food too. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. The area is quiet but there are some good restaurants just a few minutes walk away.

Service is phenomenal, always willing to help. We arrived early and even though the room wasn’t ready they offered us tea and our room was given priority so we were able to check in after early lunch. I would improve the sound proofing from the room since it’s beside the counter and it’d give us more privacy. All in all we love this place and will definitely come back. Thank you!

Great ocean views and away from the business of Valparaíso and Vina del Mar. Very accommodating and friendly staff. We booked for one night and ended up staying for 3 it was so nice.

Casado Hotel Boutique is a beautiful and welcoming property... Our top stay during three weeks around Chile. The kitchen offers tasty lunches and dinners to rival the best of what Cancan has to offer and the chef is happy to tailor the preparation to suit your tastes. Home away from home

This is my second or third time staying here, and it was just as good as before. It's a small place, and staff does their best to take care of you. The food was also very good. The spa is quite nice and private, and it's not necessary to pay extra to access the spa. This is not the cheapest place to stay and I did not see handicap access--you need to walk down steps from the enclosed parking lot to reach the lobby, but for a really nice experience you should consider this place. The shower is really, really nice. It might be hard to find. The address on the map is for the walk-in entrance by the beach. To reach the parking area you need to drive up the hill and look for the two gates not too far from each other. The weather was perfect during my stay in February/March--a little cool, just the way I like it.

Beautiful room and location!

The hotel and location were absolutely breathtaking and exceeded my expectations. The hotel was reasonably priced and offered an ocean view, delicious breakfast, and relaxing atmosphere steps away from the beach and local restaurants.

This is located in Con con so it a little way form Vina del Mar and Valparaiso. However there are municipal buses the run fairly directly and frequently with a stop about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. On the flip side, the local beaches were not as crowded and the area is incredibly beautiful and relaxed. The hotel and staff were excellent and you get to know them by name. There are 8 rooms and we were fortunate enough to have one of the two rooms with a balcony facing the ocean. Request this if available! The breakfast is very good with selections of fruit, cheese, eggs, and coffee or tea that are served in your room, in the restaurant, or on the adjoining terrace. There is a large living room type area adjacent to the dinning room and the owner encourages a take a book-leave a book approach to the extensive collection. The room was very comfortable and clean with a great shower. We had dinner there one evening. My beef was excellent as was my wife's fish. I also recommend a stroll towards the local marina that you can see from the hotel to check out local seafood restaurants.
