The hotel was very clean and quiet. It was a great stop in between Buenos Aires and Puerto Iguazu!! The restaurant had delicious food and great service and a nice selection of wine and beer. The front desk was very welcoming and answered all questions. Also the room itself was clean and had safety box for sensitive items.

Very short, but very positive stay :)

Got in after dark and left relatively early, so can only really comment on the room itself. Bed was very comfy, and I was able to get the sleep I needed without issue. :) Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were also very good.

My husband and I booked a standard room which we gathered would be basic but were quietly shocked! We got given a room with a large bed & a single bed in the lower floor "basement" where there is a laundry & other cleaning amenities The room had one window and when drawing open the curtain we had the best view of a skip bin full of rubbish & behind it across the grass area was the freeway/expressway. The room furnishing is looking very tired and saggy. There are only 3 hangers. TV was not working as there was no antenna signal (we called reception & Nicolas was sent to fix the issue which he did. He was a very polite and helpful young man). There were clipped toe nails scattered on the floor of the room near the front door. There are no hooks/towel rails apart from a hand towel rail in the bathroom. Restaurant staff were pleasant and attentive. Breakfast, other food & drinks were nice. Reception staff need to learn to smile, be friendly and make the effort to be helpful. On checkout my "foreign" credit card was declined so we settled the bill in cash (Arg pesos). They added the VAT tax of 21% even though we are travelling with Australian passports. Only locals pay the VAT 21%. I questioned it but they insisted they had to add it because we paid in cash??? Clearly we were scammed cause my credit card works well everywhere else...Extremely disappointed. . .We would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

GREAT HOTEL IF YOU REALLY WANT TO DISCONNECT...;-(

this is a great spot if you are driving to Buenos Aires and you need to overnight. The Hotel in clean, comfortable and with great amenities, except for an extremely louse WIFI connection and very poor in room entertainment. We spent 4 nights here to visit family and we could not connect make a simple TV set work... not even the local channels. Wifi coverage was zero in our room and very unstable at the lobby. We asked 3 times for help and nobody showed up.

This hotel had wonderful staff. My second favorite thing was the breakfast. Continental but ample and varied. The pools were very nice as well. Everything wonderful for a budget hotel while traveling.

Good stopover option

Good hotel, basic amenities, clean. A/C was not working and room was very hot, but we could open the window - except that there were two strong thunderstorms in the night which were very noisy. Restaurant was basic, but service was great. This was a good "stop-over" option to break the drive, but Concordia is not "a tourist treasure".
