Charming little house with plunge pool

Nice house near the village of Conil de la frontera with a well kept garden and elevated pool. This small house is the ideal choice for a couple or a couple with children. The capacity is for a couple or three persons.



This house consists of a bedroom with double bed, a single sofa bed in the living room, a well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Outside, there is a terrace with chairs and tables and in the garden there is a small elevated swimming pool, barbecue and sun loungers. A choice to spend a few days of tranquility, comfort and relaxation, located in a convenient place to go to town and the beach. Pets are not allowed, no parties in the house.

It is located less than five minutes drive from the village where you can enjoy tapas and gastronomy. The nearest beaches are less than eight minutes by car, both the beach of Los Bateles and the beach of La Fontanilla.

    Ein tolles Haus für 2

    Wir waren dieses Jahr im Juni in diesem tollen Haus. Die Lage ist etwas abseits von dem Dorf, was aber kein Problem ist, solang man mit einem Auto da ist. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, der Pool war ausreichend für uns. Die Außenanlage sehr schön eingerichtet. Sauberkeit ist eine fünf von fünf. Das einzige was uns etwas irritiert hat war als wir ankamen, der Vermieter kann kein Englisch, es kam seine Schwester, sie meinte wir müssen den restlichen Betrag bar zahlen. Was von der Agentur nicht vorher gesagt wurde. Obwohl wir nachgefragt hatten. Dafür kann aber der Vermieter nichts, er ist ein richtiger lieber Kerl. Er respektiere unsere Privatsphäre, kam nur wenn man eine Frage hatte. Obwohl er kein Englisch kann hat er versucht mit Händen und Füßen zu erklären was er meinte. Insgesamt ist dieses Haus seine 5 Sterne wert! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen wenn es uns in diese Richtung Spaniens verschlägt.

    Empezando por los propietarios q son unas personas encantadoras, la casa es muy bonita y amañada. Somos una pareja, estuvimos tres días y no echamos de menos nada. Disfrutamos de la casa, la piscina, la playa y el pueblo. Q más se puede pedir??
