Lured Den is a classic 1950s cabin that has been completely renovated with all the modern necessities while staying true to its vintage Northwoods charm. Enjoy a peaceful and private vacation nestled in the pines with over 100' of lake frontage and crystal clear water on 430 acre Pioneer Lake. Make use of our pier, fire pit, 4 kayaks, covered porch and more. All this just a short drive from Eagle River.

I've stayed in a lot of cabins in several states and Lured Den was amazing! They have thought of everything. The cabin has all the little touches that make a huge difference! Definitely recommend this host! Adam was awesome. Thanks again for a memorable stay.

Our stay was much needed. Quietness was the order of the day with the only sounds being nature.The host was very accommodating with our short booking notice.We did not have access to the watercraft (the host reported that the lake just thawed and they hadn’t set the boats and dock up yet) but we were able to enjoy the waterfront from the stairs. And the view from the hot tub was very picturesque.The amenities are more than expected.Neighbors are closer than hoped for, but at this time of the year, there was no one nearby, which was perfect!

Quaint cabin perfect for a family with a few kids. Private hot tub looking towards the lake. The kids loved the hot tub, complimentary snacks, board games, DVD collection, coloring books and more. The host thought of everything... extra blankets, pillows, toilet paper, paper toweling, garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap, towels, etc. In unit laundry was a bonus! Only suggestion for future families is to bring bottled water to cook and drink unless you're used to unfiltered well water.

I took some R&R and found this beautiful and quiet lake cottage. It was December and chilly but so beautiful with the snow covered trees.. It was well kept, nicely decorated, very comfortable and the manager was responsive to questions. I will definitely return in the Spring.

Weekend wedding getaway

We had a long weekend at Lured Den for a family wedding.The accommodations are as depicted and has all the things you need for daily life. We used the Kayaks and Hot tub and did some fishing from the pier. If you plan to do serious fishing you will need to rent a boat. The water was a bit shallow, so not an easy step down to the water from the pier and no jumping off the pier into the water. But if you want a quiet getaway with a view, this is the spot.

Great place, great location

This was our first VRBO and our first time up to the. Northwoods in a long time. The accommodations are just like the pictures. Everything is in great shape and lots of nice extra touches inside and out to make your stay memorable. The view from the yard was great for sunsets or just chilling.We trailered a motorcycle. Plenty of room in the driveway for our pickup, 10’ trailer and the bike. Like 99% of places in the area the road is dirt but in good condition. No problem to navigate our touring bike 2 up, but if it had rained and been muddy I would have probably slow walked it the few hundred feet to the paved road. Just mentioning for anyone other riders wondering.Next time we head, “Up North” we will definitely look to book Lured Den again!

Everything was great about this property! Close to town, owner is very responsive, cabin has fully stocked kitchen (had everything we needed), very clean. Had a little hiccup with the hot tub, but owner was on top of it so we eventually got to use it
