Private getaway on the North Shore of Oneida Lake. This spacious home offers 3 beds & 2 baths (1 bed/bath on 1st floor). The living room has doors & can be used as an additional bedroom (4) with a pullout couch. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets with tons of windows overlooking Oneida Lake. New dock w/ bench and ladder w/ a SANDY BOTTOM (4’ deep at end) Amenities include a 4D massage chair, pool table, piano & kayaks for the water. Garage is deep enough for truck/trailer connected. Pet Friendly!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels and sheets in the shower of the first floor bathroom.
Please empty all trash cans and place all trash bags in the trash bin inside of the garage. No need to separate.
Please clean up after your pets and pickup any pet waste in the yard using the provided bags. Please place any/all used dishes into the dishwater and start it using the provided detergent.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Peaceful Getaway

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for a peaceful vacation. Plenty of room in the house and having our own dock, firepit, and yard without having people on top of us was very relaxing.

North Shore Oneida Lake

Prior to arrival the host communicated very well with me. The home is an older lake home with modern upgrades to included cold ac and has everything you could need. I brought my boat with me and found a lauch close to the home. There is a newly installed dock that I was able to tie off to and leave in the water for the weekend. The only negative I have with the property is that it is not handicap friendly. There is lips seperating most rooms, stairs and a large hill to get to the lake shore.
