Adorable historic cottage close to downtown and colleges

Adorable cottage completely updated in 2017 is conveniently located on a quiet street in the heart of the historic district and is within walking distance to Conway’s vibrant downtown with all its restaurants and shops. This cozy cottage is only 3 blocks from Central Baptist College, .5 miles from the University of Central Arkansas, and approximately 1 mile from Hendrix College. This home features a fully stocked kitchen with quartz counter tops and stainless appliances. In addition, there are hardwood floors throughout the home, 2 flat screen TV’s, Hulu Live TV, WiFi Internet, and a laundry room. Our cottage is perfect for parent’s visiting their college student, alumnae attending school activities, girls’ weekends, a family checking out colleges, or business people seeking a more “home like” venue. Two nights in this lovely cottage just left me wishing for more! It is perfect in every way, charming & full of character. Everything you could possibly need is provided in this home. I highly recommend this property. It was wonderful. The location was just minutes from the downtown Conway area. It felt like home- not just a rental house. Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, living area was very nice for hanging out, quiet neighborhood. We also enjoyed the outside seating area in the front. We did contact the owner because the city decided to repair a water main in the area and the water was cut off for 1/2 of one day. She even offered to bring us some water.

Beautiful Cottage in Conway

This cottage was everything we hoped for and more! Beautifully designed, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — it felt like a luxury retreat. The location was ideal, close to the ballparks, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood.The amenities were top-notch — a fully stocked kitchen, soft linens, fast Wi-Fi, laundry supplies, and thoughtful extras throughout. We didn’t need to make a single store run!Best of all, the owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing, hassle-free stay.We’ll absolutely be back next season and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Conway!

Beautiful, peaceful and so comfortable. Walking distance to the historic part of Conway. We’ve stayed in Scott and Laura’s homes on multiple occasions and I highly recommend both properties. They are wonderful hosts who do everything to ensure you have a great stay including the tastiest welcome muffins!

Relaxing stay in this idyllic cottage!

We stayed 4 nights in the beautifully decorated cottage while visiting our son who attends UCA. It was exactly as pictured and described. It was wonderful to spend our mornings and evenings relaxing and the property was private with no close neighbors. We enjoyed it so much we booked another stay for 5 nights in March.

Another Great Stay

This is the second Christmas we spent here and it was another great stay. Our daughter and her partner live nearby in a tiny apartment so we cooked Christmas dinner for the four of us. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. We slept great in the comfortable bed. The neighboorhood is very quiet and in a good location.
