The staff were friendly and many areas of the hotel have been updated. The toilet in our room would barely flush and the TV did not work at all. We asked for help at the front desk and neither issue was corrected. There were no towels in the pool area and hot breakfast was not served until 7 am. Maybe short staffed? Things seemed nice but not picked up or kept up daily.

Good enough for family and pet…

The front desk people were very friendly. Breakfast was average for a continental breakfast so no complaints. Our room was comfortable (2 queens) but the bathroom floors/walls could have used a deep clean, as well as the one sitting chair in the room (several stains). The kids enjoyed the pool but the hotel is advertised as having a hot tub - which it does not. Overall though - it was a comfortable stay for 1 night and we would return again.

Lost reservation

My hotel reservation could not be pulled up as they somehow could not find it even though I had my own itinerary number showing my reservation through hotels.com. The rooms were all booked so I was out of luck for the night.
