Amazing waterfront dining and relaxing spa

The overall finish of the hotel and spa is really great although the rooms are a little dated. The spa was great and had everything you need to relax and unwind, it wasn’t too crowded when I visited at 6pm. The outside eating area overlooking the harbour is stunning and catches the sun all day until sunset. You do need to go up to the bar to order though which takes away from the overall finesse of the experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Spa was lovely. Room was a really decent size. Had a couple of treatments which were also very good. Very good breakfast with excellent staff serving. Overall an extensively enjoyable stay. Would go back for sure.

Beautiful estuary views, fantastic, friendly service at reception, in the bar and the restaurant - went as a group of four friends, we all said we would return. Weather was glorious - perfect for sipping champagne on the terrace!

The inly negative is the location. Just outside of all the towns ina residential area. Not necessarily bad thing but if you get back ti the hotel after a long day the hotel bar/restaurant is your only choice. The spa was a nice treat in the evenings. Clean and good choice of options. Steam room, different types of saunas, pool, etc. there is also a gym but i didnt utilize that. The view of the water and across to the Conwy Castle is great. Rooms comfortable, clean, quiet. Breakfast had the plenty of options to meet everyones needs.

Great location just 30 minutes walk along a the Quay into Conway. Relaxing atmosphere around the hotel. Excellent breakfast facilities with easy dining options. The outdoor eating and drinking area is quite and allows for stunning views at sunset.
