Room appeared to be clean but old so didn’t feel clean definitely needs updating. The bed looked old and very bumpy even when made you could see big lumps, not very comfy. Shower did not drain properly so you took a shower while standing in water up to your ankles. Large room but very small bathroom. The hotel itself looked updated but our room smelled musky and bed definitely needs to be replaced.

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, kids had fun at the pool. Rooms were older, beds comfy and roomy but was not cleaned very well, toothpaste splatter from previous guests on the mirror, hand prints on the head board, and some mildew/mold in the ceiling corners and around the doors.

I’m very surprised that this hotel was rated so highly. It was ok. The place was musty and smelled of pets. The pillows were small the beg was old and worn. Breakfast was just meh. The people were very nice. One day no one cleaned our room just emptied the trash and replaced the towels.

The property is in poor condition. The room had mold on the ceiling and a portion of the floor molding was broken off and crumbling. AC didn’t cool properly and the humidifier was running but certainly wasn’t handling the humidity in the room. When I asked the front desk about this he said the ac was picky and subject to freezing up.
