The room was spacious but hot no ac when we arrived. It took 40 mins to finally cool the room. The beds are ready high and they had very small only one pillow per person. The bathroom looks gross like it has never been cleaned. I have pictures glad we didn’t need to shower at all. The sink was not very clean area. When we were still checking out some cleaning lady came it was only 10:29. Do better. We had until 11am to check out.

Well first thing was soon as I walked into the room the floor was cracking and breaking. There was an old blood stain middle of fitted sheet. And the bathtub didn't work. Guess you get what you pay for even tho this place was actually alil more expensive than a couple other ones I viewed online

Fantastic! Super clean. Very quiet. Great location. We will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect for us. The staff was very kind and helpful. We stayed for 9 nights while attending family gatherings in Cookeville. It was reasonably priced and perfect. Great sleep every night. Definitely stay here- it is great!

Good for the price

For a cheaper hotel near the freeway, it was nice this place was clean, felt safe and the surprisingly quiet. There are lots of restaurants nearby and was a good room.

Owners were very nice and the room clean. However we discovered in the morning we had no hot water. My kid was already in the shower and we kept thinking the water would warm up but it didn't. So she took a cold shower. We went to the front desk and they were very accommodating in allowing us to use the shower in a clean room 2 doors down. Also we chose this place because the website said it offered free breakfast. It does not. Only packaged donuts. And decaf coffee is only available upon request.
