My family had a fantastic time at this property. The pictures actually do not do it justice. It was a perfect place for our large group while my son was playing at Dreams Park. It was easy to go to the house between games and the pool and amenities were great for our intergenerational group. Highly recommend!

Great family place!

We loved staying with Debra and Mark during our week at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house was very clean, ample space for 4 families, really appreciated that all of the bedrooms had private bathrooms and there was extra space for kids to hang out in the basement and loft above the garage. About 13 minute drive to the park. Will be back with the little brothers in a few years!

Amazing trip with baseball families

The house was very spacious and had tons of seating inside and out. Was perfect for all ages. Bathrooms attached to each bedroom gave each family some privacy. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Cooperstown. *We also had the house next door rented so all of our families could stay near each other. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Amazing Week!

This was the perfect house for families with kids! The owners thought of everything we’d need and more! It was excellently stocked, and perfectly positioned between Dreams Park and Downtown Cooperstown. Amazing week of baseball and vacation - we’ll be back in a few years with our youngest, and definitely plan to stay here again!

Five-star house for baseball families

We had a wonderful week! Four families stayed at this house and we loved all the amenities -- the pool, ping pong, foosball, basketball, etc. It was spacious enough for multiple families and every family had their own bathroom. It was extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need. We hope to stay here again if we return to Cooperstown!

Perfect Spot!

We had a great week at this property! This house was conveniently located between the main street of Cooperstown and the Dreams Park and perfect for a lot of back and forth between both areas. It was big, comfortable and exactly as it is listed on line. I highly recommend this house for anyone coming to Dreams Park in the summer or wanting to spend time in the Cooperstown downtown area at any time during the year.

As good as it gets!

This is THE place to stay if you’re kids are playing at Cooperstown Dreams Park! The location was super convenient. The amenities of this house were perfect to rescue the boys from the barracks as often as possible. The bedroom setup all with private bathrooms is amazing for a few different families sharing the house together. We had a blast and didn’t want to leave! Thank you for the incredible hospitality!

Exceptional home away from home

This property is a beautiful place to land. Especially if you are spending days at the ballpark, it is truly delightful to return to the comfort of this home. Quality varies among home rentals in the area. This home is spotless, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed and well-designed to share among four or five families. The owners communicated in a timely fashion and patiently answered my questions. We had a great trip to Cooperstown! It’s best for Dreams Park, Hall of Fame and other Cooperstown activities but I recommend this property even if your child is playing at All Star Village because it’s only 30 minutes away.

Amazing Home

We had a great time staying at this property. Close to Dreams Park. Pool time in between games or after a long day at the park was a great way to cool off. Making S'Mores around the fire pit was a highlight for the younger sisters staying at the home. Plenty of room for everyone, even when the 3 boys that were playing were checked out from Dreams park at the end of the week. We would not want to stay anywhere else after finding this home. This was our 4th trip to Cooperstown and the best stay hands down!!! Mark and Debbie were amazing and do a great job keeping this property ready for the incoming families each week.

Perfect for Cooperstown families

Perfect house. Close to fields, close to city center. Could not have been more perfect for the 5 families that stayed here. Clean, spacious and everything we needed. Key to renting homes with groups/different families is own private bathroom with each bedroom. Kids enjoyed pool and ping pong. Extra bonus room above garage also added a little extra space. Would recommend this house to everyone.

Perfect in every way!!!!

This house was amazing. The house was completely stocked. It was furnished to perfection and all the beds were very comfortable. The pool was heated and our kids loved swimming while we grilled out and then cooked s’mores over the fire pit. Debbie and Mark were super helpful and quick to respond when we had one small issue! The house was spacious and had a great area for the kids to hang out above the garage. The kids hang out was stocked with games and cards which they loved. We had 3 families and 2 sets of grandparents staying together and it never felt cramped! STAY HERE! I am Positive you will be happy.
