Everything was fine except there was lots of noise from kids in the hallway and our room outside window whistled in the wind. Couldn't get window to lock properly. Figured out a solution, though and the kids quieted down about 10pm.

Our room was next to the pool area & it was extremely loud. When I asked if I could be moved, the gentleman told me we would be charged a cleaning fee if we were moved. Then in the room next to us, they put a person with 5 small barking dogs. It was awful.

This was a horrible experience. I called to adjust my reservation with the site staff. They didnt adjust it correctly and shorted is a day. So i received a call saying i had to check out. So i was left scrambling to find a room for my family of 6. When we arrived the hide a bed sofa didntvhave linens. The 'king suite' didnt come with a microwave, blow dryer or patio furniture. It was a all around 0 for me. The management was apologetic for the reservation error but said they have "had reservation issues".. so this seems like a constant for them. I guess just beware..

I would’ve given this property a higher rating. However, I checked in late at night. Went to bed immediately and in the morning, discovered that the sliding glass door was wide open and had been open when we checked in. This was very unsettling as I didn’t feel that we were safe with a sliding glass door wide open and only a screen to protect us. Just for this reason, I would not recommend this property.

Convenient but not pet free room.

This was a convenient location. We did know it offered pet stays but was told we would have a pet free room. Upon entering our room, it had a terrible dog smell. I immediately had to open the slider and use essential oils to mask/clear the smell. Totally fine with pet friendly hotels. But this was uncomfortably dog friendly.
